Just had a play and it works fine, It will even import from Word
keeping styles and colours! (uk)
Which is great, as many people are initially editing in word.
To keep styles , choose the cancel option when it asked to clean
up text!
“The text you want to paste seems to be copied from word. Do you
want to clean it before pasting?”
Choose Cancel
Very neat. Just have to keep them concentrating on the text and
not the colours/fonts etc
Which is a skill they need to learn anyway!
Thanks David
Cheers
Simon

David - wow!! Thanks!!
I just put up a test post from Lincoln, who is actually my cat, but is part
of my blogmeister classroom blog at http://roomtwelve.com
http://tinyurl.com/6n9uez
Worked great! As for browser issues, I posted using IE on windows XP, and
have viewed as well on Firefox - all working well.
One issue is article approval for the teacher - what the teacher sees right
now is html code. A quick way to check it out would be from the class
roster. Check "approve article", and then "View blog". If
it looks ok,
you're all set. If not, simply uncheck "Publish?" and "submit
blog", which
should get it off the blog.... oops, I just tried this, and it did not
"unpublish". Oh well, the can of worms has been opened - David thanks
again
so much!
Ps - people should note you cannot upload images to blogmeister, but you can
easily reference them from another site, like flickr - or any web page
