Costco has a lot of paper, but I have only seen A4, A3, B5, B4 there.
You might try Kinkos to see if they have anything, but I have my doubts
about that too.
Amazon.com in the US has it though. Search for "copy paper" (without the
quotes) from the main page and a couple of options come up.
