Have you tried ordering the item through Amazon Japan?
You used to be able to order the same ID # as you
would through Amazon but by doing it directly with the
Japanese arm you lose the shipping charges because it
is shipped "locally" within Japan.

At least that was the way it used to work.

Just a thought...

Costco has a lot of paper, but I have only seen A4, A3, B5, B4 there. You might try Kinkos to see if they have anything, but I have my doubts about that too. ...
