On a more serious note, my job is going to fall victim of the current
crisis at the end of the month (we had the double whammy of being an
export company dealing with the high yen), and so I am looking for a
new programming position. Full-time is nice, but I am considering
doing freelance/contract based for the next year while everyone rides
out the storm. I want to stay here in Kansai.
Briefly, I worked in database programming/BI/reporting tools for quite
a few years before switching to web development in LAMP several years
ago. Lately I've been doing more with Code
Igniter/jquery/AJAX/Wordpress (you know, Web 2.0 :-) ).
I appreciate any leads any of you might have.
