Well after 12 years, I decided its time for me to mozy on along to a new local.
I'm gonna be heading over to singapore to live for a few years I figure.

With the move, I'll be leaving my apartment- and am not looking forward to
dumping all my stuff, and not having a bed etc before i move... I am looking for
someone to take over the apartment, furnished.

The apartment is in Nakatsu, which is very close to umeda- you can walk to
chayamachi in like 10 minutes. Theres a hankyu and midosuji station very close,
or you can walk about 20 minutes to JR Umeda.

Has a queen size bed, fridge, washing machine, couch, TV, lights, aircon, stove,
etc, and a good size for a single person. rent is about 52,000 a month, but
you'd need to talk to the landlord about that + hoshonin etc... The landlord has
been good to me, and I would only want to refer a reliable person to her.

My visa runs out the end of Oct, so I gotta go by then, but can leave before if
you need to come in sooner, like september or october. I just need to get a
ticket to singapore and cancel my utilities.
