This is a user's group forum for CDMS, the University of Pittsburgh's Clinical Decision Modeling System software, designed to facilitate integrative translational research.

The approach is described in BMC Medical Informatics and Decision Making:

The software (CDMS) is distributed by the Bioinformatics Analysis Core at the University of Pittsburgh under the academic EULA. The most current version is available via this link:

Commercial licenses are available through the University of Pittsburgh's Office of Technology Management.
