1. Software Engineer – Compiler - 3 Positions – HOT JOB

Position Summary
- Analyze, design and implement highly optimized C compiler solutions for PICmicro, dsPIC and advanced architectures
Essential Function
- Research code optimization strategies.
- Design and implement enhancements to PICmicro, dsPIC and advanced architecture compiler and language tool products.
- Coordinate project development with team members.
- Support internal and external customers by answering questions and fixing software issues
Requirements
- 2 – 6 years C language experience, exposure to compiler and/or software development tools issues.
- Familiarity with compiler optimization techniques.
- Familiarity with 8-bit microcontrollers a plus.
- Familiarity with DSP a
plus.
- Familiarity with industry standard 32-bit architectures a plus.
2. Sr. Design Engineer and Verification (AMAD) - 1POSITION
- Should have worked on design and verification both.
Position Summary
- Design support for AMAD PIC24 product revisions.
Essential Function
- Participate in a global team setting on the development of advanced microcontroller products.
- Perform RTL design and verification on complex digital macros, working from an architectural description.
- ASIC design flow through back end verification and stream out
- Debug of complex silicon issues down to the transistor level.
- Support design and verification of AMAD PIC24 microcontroller products
Requirements
- Candidate must have a minimum of 5 years experience working in a CMOS VLSI development capacity, preferably on products that incorporate microcontrollers for embedded control applications.

Strong digital design skills and experience in verilog RTL coding for synthesis is essential.
- Experience with synopsys tools (design compiler, physical compiler, power compiler and primetime) and a formal verification tool is highly desirable.
- The candidate must have a BSEE or equivalent, with an MSEE preferable.
3. Sr. /Pr. Application Engineer (AMAD)
Position Summary
- Support existing and new AMAD PICmicro 16-bit microcontrollers.
- Duties include development of Data Sheets, Application Notes, Workshops, Demo Boards, Training, Customer Support, etc.
Essential Function
- Developing and presenting technical training to customers, FAEs, CAEs and field sales for PICmicro products.
- Assist customers in developing PICmicro applications and troubleshooting projects.
- Manage and coordinate multiple projects that run simultaneously.
- Creating supporting documentation for cost effective 16-bit microcontroller products, includes reference manuals, data sheets, programming specs, etc.
Requirements
- 2-5 years of knowledge and experience working on microcontroller based systems designs.
- Must have experience programming in assembly and C programming languages.
- Must also have analog & digital design and debugging experience.
- Desired to have microcontroller and related development tools experience, customer support experience and experience designing embedded systems.
- Graduate engineer (electrical/electronics/instrumentation)
- Done digital/analog PCB design independently for some successful product. Done at least 2 or 4 layer PCB design. Digital circuit with microcontrollers/microprocessors is a must.
- Associated with EMI/EMC testing on the board. Knows about EMI/EMC standard. This is also must.
- Knows microcontroller/microprocessor architecture, electrical specification.
- Some knowledge on assembly level language is required. Knowledge of ‘C’ language is preferred.
- 3 to 7 yrs experience is preferred.
