Hi group,

My name is Jack, and I live in Kansas City, Missouri. I am
reasonably new to the photography scene and I am very interested in
learning about filters.
I have just purchased a brand new Pentax ZX-7 camera from a person
who never used it once. It has a FA Zoom 28-80mm f/3.5-5.6 lens. I am
also considering purchasing a FA Zoom 80-320mm f/4.5-5.6 lens to use
also.
First, can someone suggest some great filters to use as a
beginner? Also, how will these filters attach to my camera? I have
looked at a site at go.to/cokinfilters and I have wanted to try out
some of the different filters I saw used in photos posted there. I
have also visited eBay and there are an ENDLESS amount of filters,
polarizers, ect to choose from.
Can someone help me? Any tips and input would be appreciated and
valued. I am looking forward to learning from the group.
