All the ND filters do is cut the amount of light reaching the lens.
Depending on the filter(s) and how they stack, it will cut the light
by one, two or more stops. It doesnt modify the color of the light in
any way, nor will it alter haze in any way. For those you need a UV
(no stop loss) or a polarizer (2 stop loss).
