I'm doing a down-load from the dev exchange now: but
the license says inter alia "You may not modify,
translate, decompile, disassemble, or reverse engineer
the Software Component."

And if I'd been the clever person who'd written all
that, and was making it available for free, I'd be
pretty annoyed if someone hacked it, too.

In this case it's someone called David Bromfield, and
the app is called Remote Database Tools 2.5. It looks
amazingly clever. The description says it's encrypted,
but in fact the code looks like plain text. Just not
plain text I can understand :(
All way too complicated for me as yet.
