IISiBat 2, the graphical interface which comes with COMIS, was designed for
Windows 95, 98 or NT, and will not run on most WINDOWS 2000 systems.
The COMIS simulation engine, however, can execute CIF files (produced by
IISiBat 2
on another machine or with a text editor) on any Windows machine. Another way
to produce
the CIF file under WINDOWS 2000 is to use Peter Schild's Excel spreadsheet
(cf. http://groups.yahoo.com/group/comis/files/).
