Dear Yu Fu,
The IISiBat 2 graphical user interface was designed for Windows 95, 98
or NT, and will not run on most WINDOWS 2000 systems.
The COMIS simulation engine, however, can execute CIF files (produced by
IISiBat 2
on another machine or with a text editor) on any Windows machine.
Another way to produce
the CIF file under WINDOWS 2000 is to use Peter Schild's Excel spreadsheet
(cf. http://groups.yahoo.com/group/comis/files/).
We are currently working on an update of the GUI for Windows 2000 and
XP, but it will not be available before the end of the year.
Sincerely,
Werner Keilholz
