1. If I manually input values in the input files, how can I use
COMIS3.2 with graphical user interface to run simulations?
The COMIS 3.2 GUI can not currently read back COMIS input files (it only
creates them). If you would like to modify the input file directly, you can
use the COMISExcel spreadsheet (you find it in the download section of this
newsgroup).
2. Or do I revert back to COMIS3.0? And how do I use COMIS3.0 to run
simulations?
I would not recommend to use 3.0 anymore. It is completely outdated.
If you really need to use it for some reason, there is an old version of the
COMIS Excel sheet for it.
3. Are all of the possible inputs in the input files able to be
selected using the GUI? Such as simulating contaminants POL <no> in &-
PR-SIMU section.
I would say, 'almost'. Pullutants are defined in the zone properties
(double-click on zone, open the last tab) and global information (control
cards) window.
Please let me know if you have trouble finding a given input in the GUI.
Hope this helps,
Werner

Objet: [comis] Graphical User Interface & text input files
I am new to COMIS. After reviewing the User Manual and the text input
and output files, there are some "inputs" that I cannot locate in the
GUI.
1. If I manually input values in the input files, how can I use
COMIS3.2 with graphical user interface to run simulations?
2. Or do I revert back to COMIS3.0? And how do I use COMIS3.0 to run
simulations?
3. Are all of the possible inputs in the input files able to be
selected using the GUI? Such as simulating contaminants POL <no> in &-
PR-SIMU section.
Thanks.
