I am considering forming a new company to design/engineer/construct a
new launch vehicle. The vehicle would be privately financed and a
conceptural plan has been developed for this. I will not go into
details of the financing plan here.

The vehicle would use a modified version of an existing rocket engine
to reduce cost while providing high performance. The vehicle would be
unmanned (initially) and would be SSTO capable and reusable. Some may
think this not possible but I am willing to prove otherwise.

Persons that understand the principals of rockets and rocket engines,
engineering, etc. or just want to change the current lack of access
to space and that have available time, energy, and interest can
contact me to discuss this.

This is a sweat equity venture not an employment opportunity. There
will be some start-up costs involved for the partners, such as the
cost of incorporation, etc. This project will take several years,
will have many challenges and will be difficult. The rewards if
successful are obvious.

I understand that you don't know who I am so let me introduce myself
a bit. My name is Royce Jones and I am somewhat known in the "Alt-
space" community, particularily the spaceport community, Oklahoma,
New Mexico, Virgina and a bit in the regular aerospace community. I
have formed three space companies in the past Spaceliner Corporation,
Space Assets, LLC, and Exploration Partners, LLC. all are stll active.

Space Assets, LLC bid for the Oklahoma Space Tax Credits against
Rocketplane Ltd. Rocketplane Ltd got the Tax Credits. We simply did
not have enough time to put a deal together.....but we got real close.

Spaceliner Corporation is a holding company. Spaceliner Corporation
had proposed to construct a spaceport at Roswell Industrial Air
Center in 2001. I offered to purchase an existing aerospace company
for several hunderd million (major company) and move the company to
Roswell if the City would build a new buildings to house the company.
But the City had been burned in the past by some small cookie company
and was too afrair to do the deal, even though the State supported
and encouraged the project. This was a low risk approach to spaceport
development compared to the current project to spend over $200
million in State and local money to support a small spaceplane.

Exploration Partners, LLC bid the NASA COTS Program but was not
selected. The vehicle concept would have used a Shuttle SRB for the
first stage like the CLV and a reusable upper stage but NASA refused
to allow access to shuttle heritage hardware......despite having
stated numberous times that it would......go figure. We offered NASA
a fully reusable vehicle with existing propulsion systems and $2.5
billion in non-NASA funding (yes I said $2.5 billion), but they did
not seem to be interested.

For this new venture I will supply the rocket engines valued at $10
million and some unique technology (very cool stuff) and would retain
50% interest. I would also provide a draft financial plan to fund the
vehicle and spaceport infrastructure. I will consider 10 partners,
each of which would invest $25,000 each in start-up capital and share
the remaining 50% interest on an equal basis.

I am interested in putting my technology and financial knowledge up
against both CLV and COTS, but I need a team of dedicated individuals
to help. If you are you interested send me an email at
roycejones@... or even call (817) 303-1317. You will find
that I am very open and honest and also very frank and point blank.

If you would be interested in employment by the venture you can e-
mail your resume.

Royce
