Still remains obscure, who is spreading the rumors and in who´s
interested - interestingly the salt industry has never really fouhgt
back, but then - only 5% of the production go into food, so they might
as well take it easy!
I personally think that one should still rely on ones taste-based
preferences and avoid pure sodium chloride, go for the real stuff,
unprocessed and handharvested sea salt: tastes better, doesn´t make you
thirsty and the kids just love it!
