wont restore from QR,cannot boot HELP!

my problem is,i got the soft paq 3 CD
set,with<br>diagnostic on it,but cannot get it in my compaq
7360<br>presario,which has the problem(ie wont restore from
QR<br>cds,wont boot,i used FDISK,reformatted,etc,but it
wont<br>let me reinstall W98 either,im stuck HELP!

Hear is what I learn after many calls to tech support. When you put in your quickrestore CD, when you see the sign "compaq quickrestore" blinking, press caps...
