You might have noticed that Outlook Express recently changed the
default on how attachments are managed. Good and bad, but if you
want to allow attachments to be availbale you can just click on
Tools, Options, Security and unclick the option that reads, "Do not
allow attahcments to be opened that could potentially be a virus."

Be SURE you are taking regular, weekly, steps to avoid getting
viruses and spyware onto your system. Search this forum for
recommendations on those problems.

Also, for business, attachments can easily be handled server-side,
