Hi, All of a sudden at the top of my screen there is a bright blue box, with the
http: etc. things. Now before if I wanted to click on that and paste it
elsewhere or send the link to someone I could. Now that its in this blue bar, I
cant do it. When I click to cut or copy a box shows up that says Restore
move
size
minimize
maximize
Close
Any idea how to get rid of the blue bar. I have Windows XP if thats any help.
