Any idea what "GRUB" is? My guess is that it is what was deleted. I
don't believe you can boot from the XP service pack disk .... however,
I have been wrong before. You may need to boot from a floppy disk which
would have drivers for the cd drive. For now, that's all the wisdom I
can provide.
