A friend of mine moved her desktop from one part of her house to
another and when she plugged it all back in, it wouldnt start up. Her
monitor turned on, but the base will not turn on. The LED light in the
back flashes, but the fan is not on. She doesn't know much about
computers, neither do I, so any help is appreciated. We did unplug
everything and followed the tips on the HP website, but nothing has
worked. She has some documents that she needs to be able to get access
to ASAP, so a prompt response is very helpful. Thank you in advance!
