You didn't answer my question fully.
Does the message actually show the name of the file as "file.///" as you noted
in the first message?
I ask this because sometimes the message gets misread.
So, if it actually says "file.///", then it is a weird situation. Normally
error messages of this type will specify the actual file name, so I ask for
clarification just to make sure we know the exact message.
