This group provides an information sharing forum for owners and users of the Nikon Coolpix 990 Digital Camera. Its intent is to provide convenient infrastructure for 990 owners to share ideas and results with other Nikon owners and ultimately to build-up a highly focused "Knowledge Base" of information particularly useful to the 990 owner.

This eGroup is not affiliated in any way with Nikon. Nikon representatives and dealers are welcomed to post here, provided there is real educational content involved.

Spam, self-promotion, and advertising are not welcomed on our email list and will be dealt with vigorously. Members may place links to products, services, and used goods for sale/exchange in the appropriate folder in the "990 Market" folder of the bookmarks area. Using Coolpix990 email to advertise or promote your goods and services will result in action by the group moderator that may cause your email account and websites to be removed from the internet entirely.

Although we encourage a spirited exchange of ideas, flames (toward people or products) are discouraged. There are plenty of other forums with larger audiences for public ax-grinding.
