Reinstall Palm Desktop and pick Outlook when asked where to sync.

I was using Palm Desktop and now moving to MS Office Outlook with my
Palm TX. How do I get the TX to sync with outlook now? I've run the
PIM conduit to sync with outlook with any success. Any thoughts or
actions I might have missed?
