ClearSync PUG Contest Official Terms and Conditions

I.        NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN.  A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE CHANCES OF WINNING.

II.      The ClearSync PUG Contest (“contest”) is open to any person who is affiliated with a Palm User Group or similar organization.  Entry is voluntary and may occur only by notification of intent to compete by e-mail to neal.glatt@... phone at (626) 471-9744.  Contestants will be entered to win a prize only if they create a ClearSync account, sync to the ClearSync servers repeatedly throughout the 30-day free trial period, and write and publish a review of ClearSync with a link to www.clearsync.com on a personal or otherwise affiliated webpage.  A copy of the review must be also be submitted to the ClearSync Marketing Department via e-mail to neal.glatt@....  All entries become the intellectual property of ClearSync, a division of Tanner Research, Inc.  One entry is allowed person.

III.    The contest will begin on or about June 20, 2008 and end on August 15, 2008.  All requirements must be completed by August 22, 2008 unless otherwise authorized by ClearSync staff.  Winners will be notified by September 19, 2008 by e-mail or phone.  The list of winners will be available in a press release posted on http://www.clearsync.com/home/company.html.

IV.    Entries will be judged by ClearSync staff.  Winners will be selected on amount of usage (i.e., number of events, contacts, syncs, etc.), community involvement (i.e., number of sharing groups, people in each sharing group, etc.), and completeness of review.  Other unforeseen factor may decide the winner if necessary.  Odds of winning are dependent upon number of entries received.

V.      Winners will receive one (1) One-Year ClearSync Gold License (retail value of $59.95) per user involved in entry.   Unclaimed prizes will be retained by ClearSync.  Prizes may not be transferred or redeemed for cash.

VI.    ClearSync cannot be held liable for issues outside of its control affecting the contest or entries including technical problems involving e-mail correspondence or website.
