Business Analyst Denver (Job Code KCNet3) based in Denver ( Also in
Vancouver, WA) for a Telecommunications company based on the East Coast
working remote based in Denver and willing to travel extensively.
OSS/BSS Experience candidates.
Communications: Communicate with customer SMEs, Project Managers, internal
engineers. Also communicate with System Integrators that may be on site.
Experience: Telco business knowledge in Voice, Data/IP, Transport, VoIP,
and/or other enhanced services. Telco Operational knowledge regarding Order
Management, Service Provisioning, Network Engineering, and/or Service
Assurance. Subject Matter Expertise (SME) in requirements gathering,
QA/testing, Change Management*/Training, Process Engineering, and/or Data
conversion and migration. Experience with Metasolv, Granite, Cramer, or
other OSS inventory systems is a plus. Minimum of 2+ years in a Telco or
consulting to a Telco role. *Change management refers to assisting the
client with organization design changes. These resources are very difficult
to find.
Skills and Education: Requires Bachelors degree or greater. Written and
verbal skills. Excellent customer communication skills. Has to be able to
work well with customer SMEs. Excellent internal communication skills. Has
to be able to communicate with engineers and PM. Organized; Technical
knowledge of Telco processes; Telecom technologies; Telco organization.

Professional Services Project Manager (JobCode KCNet1) Location: Road
warriors based in /around Denver This role is a cornerstone of the
Professional Services organization. As the primary liaison between the
customer and the Company technical team, the Senior Manager should be
conversant with all aspects of software delivery in a complex environment.
Engagements within customers typically begin prior to license sale and will
extend well after the software is placed into production. Company
specifically wants candidates who have previous experience with any one of
the big five consulting firms with specific OSS/BSS experience. (Also this
position available in Vancover, WA)
OSS -Fraud Management and Provisioning, Service Provisioning and Trouble
Ticketing, Inventory Management, Order Management, Network Management,

Responsibilities:
* Plans and organizes work, coordinating activities with
Professional Services staff, Development staff, integration partners and
customer staff. Contributes to the overall planning of projects by
recommending approaches, identifying resources, and developing timelines,
commenting on plans. Owns project budget and P&L responsibility for the
project
* Actively participates in requirements gathering process
using BAM (Business Analysis and Mapping) methodology

Implementation Engineer (Job Code KCNet2) This position is based in Denver
and also Vancouver, WA.
The Implementation Engineer (Developer - DEV) role is a major technical role
within the Professional Services (PS) organization. You are the primary
liaison between the Customer's technical team, Project Manager and the whole
technical team including Development, Customer Service, Quality Assurance,
Configuration Management, Training and Product Management. The
Implementation Engineer should be conversant with all aspects of
requirements gathering and mapping, software delivery and implementation in
complex environment throughout the implementation projects duration.
Candidates have to be ROAD WARRIORS to clients' sites with a lot of work
based in DENVER. Must have OSS/BSS background!!!
Responsibilities:
* Reporting to the Project Manager on a weekly basis
* Developing the plan for the product configuration,
implementation, test operations and acceptance
* Participating in technical requirements gathering and
mapping them onto the company's system functionality. Preparation of
technical requirements specifications:
o Site hierarchy and structure

* Experience with relevant telecom BSS/OSS applications
* Knowledge of SW platforms on OS (NT, UNIX), RDBMS (Oracle)
and Application Servers (BEA WebLogic) levels enough to provide
corresponding administration required during the company's system
installation and configuration
* Expertise in J2EE development tools and techniques
* Data migration methodologies and tools knowledge
* Familiarity with System Integration methodologies and
techniques including knowledge of EAI platforms
* Understanding of software development life cycle and
corresponding company procedures
* In-depth knowledge of company's Professional Services
techniques (or generally accepted implementation and consulting techniques)
