CoSy is a general purpose computing and programming environment being constructed by Bob Armstrong , all in open code , building a very high level , yet structurally transparent Array Programming Language tightly coupled to a GUI , all upon a Reva FORTH base . While in everyday use as my personal log , and therefore certain continual evolution , it's better thought of at this time as an dictionary array vocabulary with an openware GUI written in a modern FORTH .
