A discussion that started at our last meeting turned into a panel
request, so who am I to argue? ;-)
Our panel topic is:
Ruby and Rails in Calgary : Evangelism or lack thereof
Ideally, we'd like this to be a free-wheeling discussion of what
people think is holding back the adoption of Ruby and/or Rails in
Calgary companies. Don't be shy! Come out and offer your opinion.
Note from the !!!! in the subject, that we have a change in our
regular schedule of meetings, thursday instead of tuesday.
The meeting is scheduled for the third **** THURSDAY ****, Feb 19, at
5:30 pm, and will be at the offices of Labrador Technologies (my
office, and thanks again to Labrador for stepping up to give us the
venue):
Flamingo Block Building
Suite 350, 229 11 Avenue SE <------ SE !!
Buzz '05' after entering the directory listing on the front door
panel, (locked 24 hrs), and we'll let you in. Don't worry about
forgetting that number, we'll post a sign at the door.
This is directly south of the Central Library/City Hall, so it's
pretty easy to find, and you can take the C-Train to City Hall/Olympic
Plaza, and then head south past City Hall to get there.
