Im zipping this up now.  I tested it with a SQL Server 2005 express file.  As long as you have SQL Express you can just change the name or keep .\SQLExpress.  It comes pre-installed but you can install it to other dbs.  You might need to compile it on your own environment for best results.  Ill also be releasing a binary version  that will be even easier to install.  I recommend that if you deploy this into production that you run it precompiled.  This makes for certain that all your code is without error and is the prod method of choice.   This version can "in theory" migrate a 1.6 site if you "in theory" perform the following actions : Copy over your design folders from your 1.6 to the 2.0 design folder, Copy over your portals directory, Copy over any custom modules .  This process should work as ONLY the code changed and not the DB so no scripts on your db should need to be ran if your version is at least 1.6.0.1880e.  I do not know the what will happen if you try to do it with an 2.0.0.1880f db.  We need the users help to find all the nooks and crannies.

Cheers,  Ill be starting a blog and a forum entry so we can report issues.  We will be getting a subversion up so if we want to version changes on this version as there is a list of known bugs.  I placed this in the readme.
