Microsoft changes resource files.   Message List

Hello All,

Our good friends at microsoft decided to change how resource files are used in .NET 2.0.  Miguel and his team discovered this and credit should be directed at them.  They ran some test to try to conform the rainbow resx files to the standards but still couldnt compile so they recommend you remove these files if you are going to update your servers with the new patch ( which is given through windows update).  As soon as you apply the windows update patch, your portal ( and other applications that use resource files ) will break.
