| Notes: | DITA Implementation at BMC Software: A Case Study Shalani Komarla is a senior product developer and Scrum Master at BMC Software, working on the development and implementation of a XML-based content management solution. David Brainard has more than 12 years experience coding, designing, and leading development of enterprise information technology solutions. Shalani is leading the conversion of product messages to DITA and David is leading the effort to implement DITA across the enterprise. They recently shared their experiences in implementing DITA at the Center for Information Development Content Management Strategies/DITA conference.
