This yahoogroup is part of a project aiming at:

- identifying and monitoring the content of the web sites promoting hate speech,

- setting up a Bureau fighting against cyber hate, on a permanet basis,

- setting up an informal work group from the representatives of public institutions, Internet service providers, electronic press editors, NGOs, whose mission is to shape and implement an action plan for fighting against cyber hate,

- raising awareness and promoting attitude change about discrimination on the internet.
