INTRODUCTION
The CYBERIA-L list was started by Professor
Trotter Hardy of the William and
Mary School of Law to foster a discussion of the law and policy of
computer communications among legal scholars, practitioners, students,
and other interested parties.
Access to the e-mail addresses of subscribers is limited to the owner,
his assistant, and the administrator of the Listserver. The list is
not available to anyone else and may not be used for any other
purposes. Distribution of commercial messages on this list is
prohibited, although a brief announcement of conferences or events of
interest to a significant number of CYBERIA-L members is permitted.
