As the original author, I automatically own the copyright under sections 13 and
17 of the Copyright Act, 1957.
This article has been reproduced in toto by Yahoo at

Significantly, my name, which was at the top of the Hindustan Times article, has
been removed by Yahoo.
Also, my brief bio, which was at the bottom of the Hindustan Times article, has
also been removed by Yahoo.
Further, the Yahoo article does not mention the Hindustan Times at all.
What are my remedies in this case? Can I sue Yahoo for criminal damages under
sections 63 and 69 of the Copyright Act, and for civil damages under under
sections 55 to 59 of the Copyright Act?
