I am not legal expert in these things, but since I worked with Yahoo
before I can tell you this. Yahoo or people in yahoo do not touch any
of the news items on the site. They all come from their partners and
in this case its from Hindustan Times. You can see the ref to
Hindustan.com on the right of the page right next to the title. I have
a feeling this has happened because of the way feeds get pushed from
Hundustan times to Yahoo.co.in.
