The real truth is that for every positive there must be a negative so
be careful what you wish for!
No matter what arises you are always witnessing it.
And no matter what your circumstance, happiness can be realized to be
always the case!
While it's true that you are only energy, it's also true that you are
the manifestation of that
energy, both positive and negative. To focus attention only on
positive outcomes does work but only temporarily.
Winter's cold alternates with summer's heat.
Pain likewise follows every pleasure.
Every appearance is followed by disappearance.
There is no permanent experience in the realm of cosmic nature.
One who truly understands ceases to add disturbance to this
inevitable round.
It is all about feeling, Feeling without limitation!
This is not a goal to be achieved but an always present truth to be
lived.
So beware those who mix this truth with some goal orientation,
something to be achieved.
Whatever can be attained can be lost again.
Realize That which always already is and let life unfold as it will.
