Assuming that you have the directory c:\dance_v3, try setting:

DANCE_DIR to c:/dance_v3 (note the forward slashes, not backwards)

and

FLTK_DIR to c:/dance_v3/extensions/fltk-2.0.x-r4773

Does that fix the problem?
