Ref the G1.. I was not happy with the size and weight.

Also. I am more in inclined to look at devices with as few moving
parts as possible.

While the flip up screen always worked well, the trackball became an
issue

I don't think that is a tmo issue only. I would think all trackball
have problems sooner than later.

I am on my 2nd Sk 3. And this trackball is shot too.

I think current pricing for Sk service is around $55 a month.

In my opinion that is too much for that level of service

Yeah got on the G1 waiting list as soon as it was available.
I really liked the device overall. The open source platform was very
appealing, meaning that the programs written for it can be developed by
anyone who knows how to write one. All of the programs can be downloaded
for free and most are very useful.
The only real draw back I found was battery life. Its a real battery
Hog. If u planning on watching a movie on it or constantly surfing the
internet it only lasts about 2-4 hours tops.

Agree.ebay seems to be the way to go.



I did that once and lucked out with the replacement SK3.  Issue now is..any
replacements are pretty used.  Like buying a pickup truck.  Not too many are
treated nicely.

My contract was up..and just could not take the terrible data service so
terminated my SK TMO service.  I think it had the potential of a great
product.but in the past year.more times than most it was not getting
messages.



Went to an Iphone.took some adjusting.

I keep sending emails from my tmail account. I forget to change it to
one of my other emails. Is there a way to make my gmail my default
accent instead of my tmail?

Does anyone have a damaged sidekick LX 09 for sale or free? I am looking for
one that is no good, damaged but will still charge a battery. That way I
kinda have a base to charge an extra battery.  As you all may know, the
battery life on the 09 is just awful. Please message me here if you have

gang I have a SK slide and the jump button popped off I have search e-bay,
creigslist, and even went to motorola < told me $75.oo for a friggin button they
have to be slap out of their minds anyone gao a broken slide for the parts ?
