After some private mails with Chuck I came to a solution.
"logexceptionhits" was it. As liporati2002 told me : to log all
accesses, dansguardian.conf must contain "logexceptionhits=2".
My excuses to all those who have wasted some time since liporati2002's
answer. I hope I'll be more rigorous next time.
