greyurllist question

I have a URL that's getting blocked. For example:

http://images.scanalert.com/

I added "anal" to the greyurllist file, but it doesn't stop the block. Is
this because there is no regex in use here? I have a few words I would like
to greylist, but I'm not understanding how to get URL's like the above to
work.
