Just a quick note for the 2.3 release -

 

We found a bug with the handling of the '.' character when it

was outside EasyPattern [...] brackets. We hate bugs, so this

was fixed inside an hour.

 

Files should have been saved with a .eph extension, and

double-clicking a .eph file now works as it should.

 

We've also added an Auto Reparse option so you can see which

text your pattern will match--as you type it. This is really

handy for debugging a pattern - you can gradually uncomment

your EasyPattern and see where it fails.

 

The jump from v1.5 to v2.3 was because there was a pre-release

of v2.1 very early on. The move to v2.3 will eliminate confusion.

 

We've also now changed from a program with free registration to

a 30 day evaluation. A full copy is $19.95. Sorry, the old free

version is no longer available.
