I have uploaded a new version of the HTML Calendar Generator program.
Version 4.02. It fixes a few minor but annoying issues.

1. The shortcut in the program group is now created with the proper
"Start In" directory. This problem was very annoying as the program
would sometimes look in the wrong place for its data files.

2. Fixed the style sheet tag problem. The style sheet tag should now
be properly placed if one is specified.

3. The main program window is now sizeable.

A few other minor things fixed, and hopefully no new major screw-ups
introduced.
