RE: [dChip] Unable to read cel files.

Rich,

This updated dchip (5/1) can also provide more error information to help determine what cdf file is needed:

Found no files of this type; are the correct data directory, data file type or CDF file specified?

The array type of the last read CEL/DCP file is 'Mapping250K_Sty', you can try this CDF file: 'Mapping250K_Sty.cdf'

Cheng

David,

I am using 10k chips. I have tried it with both "PM only" checked and
unchecked.
I believe that the log below shows that I am in the right working
directory (I selected the working directory to be the
same as the directory holding the data. I believe that the log below
shows that I have used the correct
settings, but please let me know if it anything seems wrong). I would
appreciate any further suggestions that you or
other list members might have.

Thanks and best wishes,
Rich

Found this array type as SNP array

Read in existing binary CDF file C:\Documents and Settings\Richard\My
Documents\clients\charles\copynumber\SNP data with cell version
4\ax13339.CDF.bin (file format 4)...

Search and extract PM/MM data from 'CEL' files of chip type 'ax13339'
in
C:\Documents and Settings\Richard\My
Documents\clients\charles\copynumber\SNP data with cell version 4..
Found no files of this type; are the correct data directory, data file
type or CDF file specified?
