Hi, Dr. Li

I would like to combine two different groups of dchip
data which were separately normalized and model
based-expression using normal control. I would like
the normal control looks like same pattern in dchip
after the two groups data were combined together.
Could you please give some suggestions? because the
normal control pattern looks a little difference after
the two groups were combined together.
