I have recently installed dChip to analyze some array data.
In addition I have installed the program R to be able to do some LDA.
Installing the interface R-COM gives me a hard time. I follow the
dChip links to install it, but re-gardless of the two versions I can
choose (I have installed the R program version that is recommen-ded)
I get a message saying something like: loadLibrary ("sTATcONNECTOR
cLNT.DL") FAI-LED. It was not found.
Trying to do the LDA in dChip gives me a warning that says: Using R
for LDA...
Cannot create StatConnTools.StringLogDevice
Sample classification finished}
Cant figure out how to get this right.
