[V12/14/07+] Install R-COM (run RSrv250.exe). Use the dChip “View/R Codes” menu to open an “R codes” dialog for running codes, and the Analysis View will be used for R output.

You can first test “View/Run R codes” like below. Send me screenshots or output text if not working.

To professor Li,

I am planning to do some LDA using dChip. The links that are presented on the dChip site (R-COM and R-programs) are not working properly (loadLibrary ("sTATcONNECTOR cLNT.DL") FAILED)

Will you please send a R-COM interface and R program that is working together with dChip. Please rename the endings of the programs as I cant recieve .exe programs.

To Dr. Li,

I have recently installed dChip to analyze some array data.
In addition I have installed the program R to be able to do some LDA.
Installing the interface R-COM gives me a hard time. I follow the
dChip links to install it, but re-gardless of the two versions I can
choose (I have installed the R program version that is recommen-ded)
I get a message saying something like: loadLibrary ("sTATcONNECTOR
cLNT.DL") FAI-LED. It was not found.
Trying to do the LDA in dChip gives me a warning that says: Using R
for LDA...
Cannot create StatConnTools.StringLogDevice
Sample classification finished}
Cant figure out how to get this right.
