This is a quick reference, report and letter of thanks and apologies to the

participants, witting and unwitting, in last month's successful overture, an

Energy Crisis Solutions Summit briefing directed towards the California
Governor and Energy Commission offices regarding avant-garde new-energy
technologies representing quick and lasting solutions to the "energy crisis"

and concurrent global environmental crisis brought about by our fossil-fuel

based global energy industry.

Below is my letter exchange of this week with Governor Davis and his
referral of our energy proposal to the Energy Ideas office of the California

Energy Commission. I am suggesting that interested scientists and inventors

utilize these opened doors to input their important relevant information,
and follow up with the Governor's staff individually, to help accomplish the

goal of rapid implementation of the appropriate new-energy solutions for a
sustainable global environment economy culture of peace for The Third
Millennium.

To facilitate public and media review of information presented, I am posting

the last month's organizing paperwork developing this "CA Energy Solutions
Proposal to The Governor" at

I have begun posting to http://groups.yahoo.com/group/doe-cnes-1998 some of

the numerous pages related to my/our public input of new-energy information

to the United States Department of Energy for its 1998 Comprehensive
National Energy Strategy (CNES) national energy policy plan revision
presented to Congress mentioning the idea of new energy technologies to
harness the zero-point energy field of the quantum vacuum flux.

I heartily recommend reading Dr. Brian O'Leary's new book, "Re-Inheriting
The Earth: Awakening to Sustainable Solutions and Greater Truths" which
reads like a problem solving manual for a wonderful future for humanity and

Thank you for your letter of August 3, 2001 which I received yesterday
acknowledging your receipt of our energy proposal (and your forwarding of it

to the Energy Ideas office at the California Energy Commission "for proper
review") that we left at your office July 30th Noon, in lieu of our
proffered Energy Solutions Summit briefing for you, with contributions from

Drs. Brian O'Leary, Thomas Bearden via Fred Wood, Hal Fox, and Mark Comings.


I understand that members of our group will be following up with your staff

individually to pursue a meeting with you on September 7th with Dr. O'Leary,

and with your staff by his co-author Stephen Kaplan on August 17th.

I am happy that we have opened channels of communication for your office to

become fully informed on these important "New-Energy Issues".

Now that you have indicated to whose attention these energy solutions
matters are best directed, I will advise other interested correspondants for

their advise to your staff.
