I think that Philip's article is a really important one
not only for the information it presents, but for
the framework it offers for contextual discussion
of various points raised.

Here is how I introduced the article in sending it
to my Rainbow Family lists this morning:

- Science of the New Age, Psychic Drugs, Primary Perception:
"On free energy technologies as a mind-matter phenomenon."
This is a landmark 41pp article on the history of psychoactive
chemicals, plants, mushrooms, DMT, etc, in connection with the
New Age Paradigm Shift Movement, documenting a half century of
scientific research into the "paranormal," ie, ESP (remote viewing),
psychokinesis, etc, regarding universal human psychic abilities, suppressed
because the "ruling religious right" would condemn the truth as "of the
devil."
This piece articulates the reasons why 70's Hippie (New Age) Guru
Ira Einhorn was apparently framed for a brutal murder as a "signal".
This research explains the suppression of how to enable in humans
the "primary perception" that is measurable in all life forms other
than human beings, except between humans and their cells,
ie, how and why the Rainbow Gathering "works" without
leaders or formal organization, via a "Human Hiving Instinct"
that has vast implications for resolving religious strife
and quickly manifesting global peace now. To maintain our
present system of nation-states ruled by artificial laws
enforced by violence, extraordinary measures are taken
to confuse and baffle, "brainwash" the public to discredit
and deny these innate natural human "psychic" abilities with
"smokescreens" such as promoting the "psychedelic" UFO/ET issue,
the grain alcohol beverage industry, prescription mood drugs etc.

I find several things in the article particularly
interesting. Jack's positive response does not
correct the mention of his phone call in 1953
omitting what he has claimed is the key element,
ie, the information that it was a phone call
"from the future". This "back in time information
transfer" is akin to my 1973 analogous, but wireless,
experience of the sound of Torahk, directly as though
with my ears but knowing it could not be from outside
or actually hearing it, repeated over and over for
about 5-7minute, no drugs, pot or anything involved.
The impression was that this is the name or sound
of a signal back in time from the future, a kind of
guidebeam signal that folks can pick up to help guide,
by their belief in this message, their day to day
activities to help change the present course of human
history off of the pathway toward total destruction and
onto the pathway towards true peace with harmony
among all life and free natural abundance as paradise
on Earth, ie, a computer program operating in the
future when this condition is already existent, sending
this Torahk name/sound/signal back through time to
the minds of recipients to guide them to help save
the world and create this certain future of peace
and prosperity. This experience on June 24, 1973
was followed a couple of weeks later by what Lakota
Chief Archie Fire Lame Deer defines as a "vision" ie
"seeing something with your eyes that you know is
not really there" in this case in answer to my mediation
on where to even look for the answer to my quest, ie,
"what is wrong with the way I and humanity understand
and apply faith and belief and how to correct it"? What
I "saw" was mid-air slow "chalk writing" of E=mC^2.
These experiences led me to separate from my wife
and son and in 1974 to formulate the first three equations
of what I call Tetron Natural Unified Field Theory about
the human mind's consciousness orientation function of
light as an overlooked property of the C^2 in E=mC^2,
the "observer consciousness control factor". This understanding
has been reinforced over the ensuing three decades by many
spiritual teachings and experiences I have had from Sai Baba
and Buddhist monks, indigenous leaders like Hopi Thomas
Banyacya, et al, regarding the concept depicted by my
theory equations of the "inviolably sovereign natural cosmic
law order," aka, Torah, Dharma, Will of God, Law of Love etc.

Philip's article supports the UFO/ET issue as bogus
and as disinformation to distract awareness and
recognition from what Buddhism teaches as
the Buddha nature of all things, eg, what
Cleve Backster calls "primary perception".

What is also supported in that article is the
theme of many of my rants to Jack Sarfatti
over the last 7 years - that there is a "psi factor"
at work in these so-called free energy technologies,
which I have been predicting since 1976 from my
tetron theory understanding, before I even heard
of Tesla or anyone who felt the same way, or of others
of the many scientists I have met and heard about
since whose work substantiates my theory's predictions
of their availability and implementation coming as a
result of understanding and application of the new
knowledge represented by the equations of this
theory that Jack refuses to address seriously, point
by point scientifically, as the disinformation agent
that he appears to be.

Philip might better mention in his article that this
name "zero point energy" comes not from the metaphysical
vernacular he seems to use to define it, but from chemistry
denoting the surprisingly high energy measurements at the
temperature of absolute zero possessed even by
vacuum systems. This energy was calculated by John Archibald
Wheeler in 1963 at 1 x 10^93 g/cc energy equivalent apparently
by extrapolating graphs of energy measurements going close
to absolute zero, -273 degrees Celsius, the "zero point"
of temperature from which this zero point energy field
gets its name.

Just as Uri Geller was the "subject" whose paranormal
abilities broke open this whole field, opened the can
of worms, so the extreme abilities (in this "psi" realm)
of Sri Sathya Sai Baba being studied seriously, along with
his explanations of "how he does it," will resolve the
problem of these truths being suppressed from the
public because of fear of the likes of President Bush
claiming it is all "from the devil".

Jack Herer is finishing a book about mushrooms
and religion that he claims will "change the world,"
like has his last book detailing and documenting
the truth about the hemp issue and how and
why hemp was outlawed in a fraud on congress
by calling it marijuana. But now it seems the
pot issue is just another smokescreen to distract
from our awareness of human primary perception.
