No, you're not, but unfortunately no such previewer seems available.
After a bit of googling, I did find a reference to "Pocket Watch" and
"InDesign tags" but I doubt if it's a real viewer, and no doubt just
displays a the tagged file which is no better than what you see in DV.

Probably your best bet is to ask the creator to export the file to a PDF.
