I have 400 xml files to translate and I have decided to go the DVX route without going the ttx route.
I have created a filter (default filter for what its is worth!)
I decided to send the first file to the agency for checling purposes.
They replied
Please do not convert special characters with html character references. Just text in unicode xml file is fine.
I suppose that I have to alter the dvlt filter.
Could somebody put me in the right direction?
