This reflector serves the Emergency Management/Emergency Communications Depiction software users of Orange County, California. This group provides a forum for software users to discuss and implement use of Depiction as a primary or supplemental solution to disaster/emergency scenarios and/or situations. It also provides a place to share stories, examples and ideas on "best practices" for implementation, use and updates.

All applicants should either live and/or work in the Orange County operational area, be an emergency communicator or in emergency management/disaster relief, and be prepared to provide your organizational affiliation or justification for joining this reflector.
